A few months ago I started doing heavy SSH and FTP related work, mostly with moving files around in a server. This client is considered to be the best alternative to WinSCP by many users.

It crashes all the time for no apparent reason. It is a free client designed for Mac and Windows and it supports. Run the program by single-clicking its icon on the dock or by double-clicking the icon in Applications folder. Ocassionally it will randomly give you 'unknown error' alerts and you will be BOMBED with them (you really have to dismiss hundreds of them at a time - one by one). You’ll be presented with the main program window: Click Open Connection (indicated by the arrow icon above), and you’ll be presented with several fields. It's incredibly frustrating and rather than aiding me at doing my job, it makes it even more frustrating. The worst part is, the 'unknown error' alerts happen entirely randomly, there is no way to reproduce the bug, so it's impossible to report it to the dev. Cyberduck (for Windows, Mac) Cyberduck is a free FTP client designed for both Windows and Mac. And the crashes, for reasons unknown to me, don't show the macOS crash report dialog that you normally see. Cyberduck is a free WinSPC alternative that is mainly built for mac devices. In fact, unlike most cross platform FTP client solutions, Cyberduck integrates seamlessly with your native Mac environment, making it one of the best Mac FTP clients available. It means that there are a lot of features that you can use and more macOS learning than Windows learning WinSPC. You can use it for any text or binary file, but the only problem is, CyberDuck lacks when it comes to big enterprises. It even supports Mac features such as storing login. The problems are many, random, impossible to reproduce, and therefore impossible to report.

I think the only hope for this app is to be rewritten from scratch.
